I do believe I have made great strides during this cycle of training. I have become noticeably stronger as evidenced in my pushups and presses. The VO2 snatches are getting much easier. I actually did 10 sets more today than I had planned because I felt so good. I'm keeping my eye on my goal of pressing the 20 kg (44 lbs) by Christmas. Stay tuned!!
