Heavy duty training today, but it was all good.
Clean & Push Press - 20 kg 4 L, R
Clean & Push Press - 16 kg 7 L, R
Clean & Press - 12 kg 5 L, R
4 Rounds
Then
20 Burpees - 2 Swings - w/16 kg
18 Burpees - 4 Swings
16 Burpees - 6 Swings
etc. to
2 Burpees - 20 Swings
After that, I had a massage. Then it was dinner - grilled salmon and mixed veggies and pumpkin pie (homemade - low sugar!). Now I'm ready for a bath and bed.
