Grip n Rip
I moved 11,032 lbs. in 18 minutes this morning doing 2 drills - deadlifts and presses.
I got animal - crabwalk, bear crawls, kangaroo jumps, frog jumps, inchworms.
I learned how to PR every day, and I will.
