Hey Amy. I was posting workouts , but have not for a while. TGU still are a no go for me. My shoulders are just to tight. Nothing seems to help.BU press is going good.did 10 reps with 70lb last week.right hand only. that one with the L on it gives my problems. Good to talk with you. I started the warrior diet last week so I am having fun with that !!!
