Tuesday Training

I was able to get in a training session today. It was pretty quick, but I moved over 35,000 lbs.

Circuit - 22 minutes - 35,010 lbs. total

Swings - 160 lbs.
150 reps = 24,000 lbs.

Pushups - TRX
60 reps

Inverted Rows - TRX
56 reps
