Quick DL Session

I picked up some heavy weights and put them down on Tuesday. Sumo DL test well, so I had to do it.

270 lbs.
9 minutes
80 reps
21,600 lbs.

Density PR - I did sets of 8 reps. Last DL session, I did 270 lbs. for sets of 5.
