Double KB Snatches - 16 kg bells - 8 x 3
-No extra swings between reps. :)
Double KB Viking Push Presses - 12 kg bells - 8 x 10
-They felt great. I could have done more, but I ran out of time. :(
I'm going to enjoy my extra hour of sleep on Saturday night and get ready for next week's training.
