Clean & Squat - 5 x 3 l,r - 36 lbs
- Felt good to clean the larger bell
- No knee issues on the squat
- Took 4:30 to complete
- Pretty good considering I haven't done these for a while
- The rowing wasn't a problem, but the constant tension on the neck bothered me a bit
Swings - 5 x 10 l,r - 36 lbs.
- Took me 4:25 to complete the 100 swings
- Not sure how good of a time that is
My heart got pumping during these drills and it felt great!!! I did enjoy the pain!!!
